SnowGlobe commissioned Cinesthetics to capture and create a set of video and photo deliverables that would immortalize the performances and provide the festival with a comprehensive archive of material that will be used to promote the festival throughout the year. These deliverables included a lineup announcement video, daily Instagram videos, a comprehensive recap video, daily photo sets and a multicam edit of their hallmark event the New Year's Eve countdown. For the 2014 festival, breakout Australian artist Flume had the exciting last set to bring in the new year.
This unique event was filmed over four days with seven cameras to capture the action from every angle. Utilizing four Red Epic cameras, a Canon C100, a Canon 5D MarkIII, a Panasonic GH4 flying on a S900 Hexacopter, along with a location sound recordist, Cinesthetics delivered a wide variety of content for the festival and their fans to enjoy for years.
